Booking Information:
To make a reservation:
A deposit of $1500 per person is due within 7 days of booking your trip.
Visa or Mastercard as well as cheques are accepted.
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure. (There is a discount of $75 per person on final payments made by cheque).
Cancellation Charges:
$1500 Cdn per person for cancellations up to 60 prior to departure.
100% non-refundable for cancellations between 60 days prior and the day of departure.
Trip cancellation insurance:
It is advisable that you purchase trip cancellation insurance for your trip as well as out of the country medical insurance. Trip cancellation insurance must be purchased at time of deposit. Please inquire about the cost of the different options.
Passports and visas: A valid passport which does not expire within 6 months of your arrival is required by Canadian and U.S. citizens. As well, a visa is now required for entry to Turkey. It is obtained on entry into Istanbul at the airport.

Can I buy just the tour without the airfare?
Yes. We can sell just the land portion or we can book flights from other cities.
Can I fly in first class?
Our group flights are in economy class but often there are upgrades available at a surcharge. On the tours using British Airways there is an option to upgrade to World Traveller Plus with wider seats and more leg room. |
